This is a way to eliminate stress and make choices ahead of time.
There are 3 of us going, Mom, Jessica, and Jessica’s friend Silvia. We have a membership.
Mom told Jessica that the zoo trip could cost no more than $50. They realized that they could spend money on food, drinks, a plush toy, and the zip line, but that they did not have enough money for everything.
Jessica spoke to her friend Silvia, and they decided that they would bring food from home and then buy a plush toy for each of them to remember their trip.
They didn’t spend anything on the admission or food, and then they each bought a plush toy for $17 for a total of $17 x 2 = $34 for the zoo trip.
